When is rent due?

Rent is posted on the 1st of every month and due by 5th. Rent received after the 5th will be considered late and fees may apply.

How do I pay rent?

We recommend logging on to your Propertyware tenant portal OR setting up an ACH (Automated Clearing House) account with your bank. We have ACH forms, just ask! We accept money orders and cashiers check as well.*

*Money Orders and Cashiers Check will no longer be acceptable forms of rent payment starting January 1st, 2023.

Where do I submit general maintenance requests?

Please submit your maintenance requests by logging on to your Propertyware portal!

What to do in an emergency?

Firstly, consider what is an emergency! We consider the following to be emergencies:

  • No Heat

  • No Water / Flowing Water / Burst Pipe

  • No Electricity- Check breakers if you have access.

  • Exposed live wires.

  • Burglary / Break-In CALL THE POLICE FIRST

  • Fire CALL THE FIRE DEPT FIRST

  • Locked Out of Apartment (fees apply)

Then, contact your building's janitor- their information is provided to you in your "After Move-In Information/Instructions" email. 

If this is a medical or security issue call 911.

In addition to contacting the appropriate staff, please submit a maintenance request to help document the emergency.
